Forest Star khadi
The Forest Star khadi is a deep teal green/blue with colour variation over due to being twice dipped, once indigo and once myrobalan. The dabu printed three inch star designs tessellate across the fabric.
This fabric is a light-medium weight handloom slub cotton, slightly textural with the occasional raised thread or knot. The fabric is perfect for a variety of sewing projects including lounge trousers, heavier tops, tote bags and accessories.
Fabric width = 128cm
Price is for 0.5m and fabric is sold in 0.5m increments so if you want 1m please purchase 2 etc. Most of the fabric is in 5m lengths but some have been cut short. All fabric sections will be uncut where possible.
As this fabric has been hand printed on 5m lengths, the very corners are pulled to keep the fabric taut on the printing table. Please be aware as the grain of the fabric will be distorted slightly in these areas. Please also be aware this fabric is hand printed and naturally dyed, so some variations in colour can occur and there can be some marks due to cross contamination from the printing table. These things are part of story of the fabric and cannot be avoided.
